» ఎంపిక విధానం : షార్ట్యండ్ ఇంగ్లిష్ టెస్ట్, ఇంటర్వ్యూ . ధ్రువపత్రాల పరిశీలన తదిత రాల ఆధారంగా ఎంపికచేస్తారు.
